알루미늄 산화물과 같은 도전성 물질을 사용하여 정전기장을 통해 손상되지 않는 흡착을 이루어 플라즈마 공정에 적합합니다. 쿨롱형과 JR 형의 2가지 구조가 존재한다.후자는 흡착력이 더 강하지만 탈착을 위해 역전압이 필요합니다.
